NomadicTek is focused exclusively on the US IT staffing and recruitment market. Job postings and resumes are geared toward US-based IT positions.
There is currently no in-app messaging or chat feature. Communication between recruiters and candidates happens through email (via applications and contact details shared on resumes).
The platform does not offer built-in video interview or scheduling tools. Interviews are arranged externally after initial contact.
NomadicTek does not verify user identities, company registrations, or resume claims. Users should exercise their own due diligence when engaging with any listing.
Resume uploads accept PDF, DOC, and DOCX files, with a maximum file size of 5 MB per upload. Auto-parsing (name, skills, experience extraction) is available for PDF files only.
